Q: What is Stitched?

A: STITCHED is a closed-ended, hour-long competition series where skilled Fashion Designers match wits and stitches in three fashion challenges before an esteemed panel of judges including style expert Joe Zee and ELLE Canada’s Editor-in-Chief, Vanessa Craft and hosted by model and actress Kim Cloutier. There are four different designers in each episode. One designer is eliminated in each of the first two challenges and two designers compete in the final challenge. The designer with the best outfit in the final round wins $10,000.


Q: Where can I see Stitched?

A: Stitched airs on Slice in Canada. It is not yet available in the U.S.


Q: What kind of competitors are you looking for?

A: We are looking for designers, home sewers, makers, assistants, costume designers etc. You must be able to design and execute original fashion creations.


Q: Who is eligible?

A: Permanent residents and citizens of Canada and the United States who are the age of majority in their State/Province as of March 1, 2019.


Q: Where is the show produced?

A: The show is produced and shot in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.


Q: How long does it take to shoot an episode?

A:We need competitors for approximately 4 consecutive days in Toronto.


Q: What is the prize?

A: The winner of each episode of Stitched wins $10,000 Cdn.


Q: What happens after I apply?

A: The Stitched Casting Team will be sorting and reviewing applications. If you are selected to move to the next round of casting, we will be in touch with you. Only those selected to move forward will be contacted.


Q: What is the next stage in casting?

A: If selected to move to the next stage in casting, you may be asked to travel to a casting location in a major city to meet with Producers.
